Presenting our newest tree-climbing-down simulator, matchmaking. Play alone or with your friends against players of similar skill levels. Climb out of that tree at your own speed, confident that the apes around you aren't beating you to the bananas. Which technically grow IN trees, but maybe the ripest ones probably fall to the ground? Yeah, that makes sense. Look, this isn't a banana simulator, people.

Funny how Valve used an ape analogy to describe an update that was made by and for apes.
Meet Your Match. It sucked. You all know the main reasons why.
Part of me is sad that I never got to experience pre-MyM TF2, while part of me is glad I didn't watch this game get raped in real-time.
Besides the update's main 4 sins (casual, competitive, nerfs, rigged war), here are some more:
- The maps it added were all made for competitive and therefore should have never been added to normal TF2 just out of principle
- It ruined the jumper weapon models for no reason
- It added keyless cosmetic crates + a crate with more stranges, I'm sure gamblers loved this update
- Taunts are ass (granted, that's always the case)
- Promo items suck (granted, that's also normal)
- It made the main menu look worse (before vs after)
- Viewmodel minmode is just unnecessary - I used to play with it on and find regular viewmodels nauseating; now I find minmode off-putting
- Probably even more
Please discuss how you're going to mourn this occasion.
