You mean the logo at the top of the forum? What exactly is the problem behavior, seems to work fine for me

Try access the forum on mobile data, it will take a bit to load and during that period when the logo does load it will shift all the buttons and links on the website.

Loads the logo immediately for me but I'll see what I can do. I put in what might be a fix?
