An arena map I'm making that has Foundry visuals, still bare bones but it's fully functional.
Very small and the point is enabled 30 seconds into the round and is quicker to capture; to keep the rounds as short as possible because waiting to play sucks.
AFKs in spawn get killed when the point is enabled so the round doesn't get prolonged by them.
Open skybox for blast jumping shenanigans.
The roof of the shed in the middle can be acessed by any class.
One small healthpack above the point that can only be picked up if you drop down.
The steam whistles blow on first bloods and match conclusion.
I'd appreciate feedback on the layout, theres barely any details atm so it's easier to change it. If you guys add it to the server rotation having the matches' demos would be cool too.

Looks pretty cool and promising on a first glance, pit area screenshot feels a bit empty but I know map is not finished yet. Gameplay quality changes are interesting and I am curious to see how they will play out, I also at some point was developing a saxton hale map and this kind of vividly reminds me of that, particularly in how spawn area's building is done. middle point also reminds me a lot of arena_hardhat.
Overall, wish you luck and success in this project!
oh and the ruleset changes are 100% based ive been saying that arena would be better with those exact changes in mind based based based
make the pre-round setup 3 seconds long too

The pre-round is decided by the "tf_arena_preround_time" server command and the minimun is 5 seconds. Some vscript voodoo could change that if it's not hardcoded.
Looks promising, would be glad to add this to our weekend rotation when it's ready
Oh, they never lie. They dissemble, evade, prevaricate, confound, confuse, distract, obscure, subtly misrepresent and willfully misunderstand with what often appears to be a positively gleeful relish and are generally perfectly capable of contriving to give one an utterly unambiguous impression of their future course of action while in fact intending to do exactly the opposite, but they never lie. Perish the thought.
