I'm very new to using Hammer, I hope I didn't screw anything up. Tested both on a local server and they seemed to work fine.
Balloon Race: Spawn doors stay unlocked after the first point is capped + Sudden Death doesn't blow up both balloons and kill everyone who touches the RED balloon + Potential fix for crashes? (see spoiler for more info)

I remember someone saying the crash may have been related to dynamic shadows. I noticed in the original version of the map that, even with dynamic shadows enabled, they didn't show up at all. While making the fix, I noticed the lack of a shadow_control entity, so I made one. After adding it, dynamic shadows reappeared, but since I couldn't be bothered setting up the proper shadow direction, I just made it disable all dynamic shadows instead (which also mimics the original map's behavior). Not sure if this will stop the crashes; I really hope it does.

These look fine to me at a glance, both have been added to the rotation in place of the base maps
Oh, they never lie. They dissemble, evade, prevaricate, confound, confuse, distract, obscure, subtly misrepresent and willfully misunderstand with what often appears to be a positively gleeful relish and are generally perfectly capable of contriving to give one an utterly unambiguous impression of their future course of action while in fact intending to do exactly the opposite, but they never lie. Perish the thought.
